Has someone any clue ? Thanks a lot in advance. I don't know what I could try next or event where the problem come from. So the problem seems to come from the dongle, however running antifier from linux, which from what I understand uses instead the serial interface of the dongle, I was able to connect from Zwyft to antifier (even if the head unit wasn't supported). I think I will extend to continue optimising your solution. I have to read in detail through your wiki, but is this the behaviour you suspect? Apparently my Zwift trial period is ending. I just finished my first real Zwift ride and noticed that it basically measures my power delivered and depending on the slope it changes my virtual bike speed (which really does not correspond with my real wheel speed). downhill I really could stop pedalling because the rear wheel was driven bij the Fortius motor. When I climbed a mountain, I really had to change gears to cope with the increased resistance. During that ride I really noticed that the wheel speed is similar to the virtual speed. I used the original Tacx software (3.5) once and did a video bike ride (Amstel Gold). I primarily decided to buy the Fortius because I stumbled upon antifier and through antifier upon your solution. Just to be clear, I do not really have a lot of experience with Tacx, neither with Zwift. If you like to use FortiusAnt please leave a note on the put yourself on the FortiusAnt map page thereby a sponsorship would be another great acknowledgement! Communication with Trainer Road, Rouvy, Zwift and othersĬommunication with a Cycling Training Program (CTP) can be done using an ANT- or BLE-dongle (BLE = Bluetooth Low Energy) USB: Tacx Flow, Fortius, i-Flow, i-Magic with T1902, T1904, T1932, T1942 head unitsĪNT: Tacx Vortex, Genius, Bushido (with T1982 head unit)īushido support is still experimental at this time (please consider providing feedback in #117). You might also run TrainerRoad or Zwift on the same computer and then two ANT dongles on the same computer are required. FortiusANT enables a pre-smart Tacx trainer (usb- or ANT-connected) to communicate with TrainerRoad, Rouvy or Zwift through ANT.įortiusANT is running on the computer (Windows, Linux or MacOS) where the trainer is connected and broadcasts the ANT signal, using a dongle, to another computer or tablet.
